Cavity Wall Insulation

Holes are drilled in the external wall and cavity bead insulation and glue are pumoped into the existing gap, by qualified and trained team members. The holes are sealed and pointed on completion.

Attic Insulation

The supply and install fiberglass insulation into attics at ceiling level, together with cold water tank and pipe insulation, draught proofing of windows and doors, lagging jackets for hot water cylinders and energy efficient lighting.

The Team

All personnel have a background in the construction industry, and are fully qualified, and received relevant health & safety training.

How To Apply

To be eligible for the scheme, a member of the household must be in receipt of a social welfare payment. Payments may include one or more of the following long term benefits; disability,pension,lone parent, Farm Assist, etc.The household must be in receipt of the Fuel Allowance ( a means tested payment to help with the cost of heating your home,) The house must be privately owned and pre-date 2002,

PROPOSED "BEACH BYE-LAWS" 2010

I have recieved several telephone calls and numerous emails concerning the aforementioned. As always in such cases some for & some against. As I have pointed out to those with whom I have spoken personally with, these are only a "DRAFT" format. Public consultation ends on Monday March 15th. I await the report on this consultation. I can also assure you that in future debates your concern will be aired by me, and hopefully an acceptable resolution to all will be found. Posted 13/03/2010.
