I have recieved several telephone calls and numerous emails concerning the aforementioned. As always in such cases some for & some against. As I have pointed out to those with whom I have spoken personally with, these are only a "DRAFT" format. Public consultation ends on Monday March 15th. I await the report on this consultation. I can also assure you that in future debates your concern will be aired by me, and hopefully an acceptable resolution to all will be found. Posted 13/03/2010.
